This is a very large travel plaza. Semi truck parking for 200+ trucks, showers, laundry and multiple food options.

I had a very disappointing experience at TA Phoenix #0476. I purchased an item that had a certain price displayed $15.99, but I was charged a higher amount about $23.99 at the register. When I tried to politely ask about the difference, the staff member responded in a rude and aggressive manner instead of helping to resolve the issue.❌ Customers should be charged the price that is clearly posted. This kind of pricing mismatch and poor customer service is unacceptable. I recommend others double-check their receipt and be cautious when shopping here.❌

Went there to wash my unit, on the ticket there is a statement that says hand dry with every wash, untrue, they did not dried my truck, also, the first price they gave me was $130 for a truck wash, then it went down to $54.99 but they asked me for a tip of $40, so they would spray the unit with some wax, I gave them $50, but the work they did not only was lousy, they managed to put DEEP SCRATCHES ALL OVER THE PAINT JOB, anyway, this was the first and last time I come here for anything, I figure, if the crew can't handle washing a truck, something more complicated, like changing the oil, can result in something catastrophic! Thank you, but no thank you!

If your gonna go through the truck wash area Ask For Jorge and Xavier to Wash Your Truck Those guys are awesome at what they do and they're Danny's ex truck wash personale from what I heard, they get the job done as it should. TA give those guys a raise they deserve it

There is no fuel here Guys! This place has become a joke. I had no choice but to shutdown here. So-called restaurant service is terrible. Went to place an order with "Jackie" and she proceeded to walkway because she is on the phone, it wasnt a food phone order! When she came back to the register, she proceeds to joke around with other employees, including the manager. I had to firmly ask her if she can take my order or does she want to continue playing around with the other employees? When I got the order it was incorrect. I usually send it back. but was too hungry to bother. Truckers dont have time for this crap! TA, get some serious employees here! Danny's was way better than this! TA took over this facility January 11, 2024 and still you cannot reserve parking online on the app, or pay for it with points. An entire year and you STILL DONT HAVE THIS STORE SETUP? If you cannot do better than this, CLOSE IT DOWN AND KEEP IT AS A PARKING LOT! Forget about waking up here and getting a nice hot cup of coffee There is none. Dropped trailers EVERYWHERE, especially Amazon! Drivers have reported this yet TA does nothing. What kind of a deal did you cut with Amazon? Im going to make it my
